The curiousness of dogs is either something seen as adorable or something that gets them in trouble. Can Ice Cream Save a Dog?
In Denver, one Rottweiler wondered how it felt being in between a 10-centimeter-wide fence and a cement wall. Eventually, he squeezed into his body, leaving him no chance to get out.
Citizens heard his pleas.
No matter how he squirmed and fought, the fence was too narrow for any movement. The situation seemed hopeless. Luckily, concerned citizens heard his pleas and came to rescue him.
The rescuers weren’t sure why he ended up there because no one saw him go there. But when someone saw him stuck, they didn’t think twice aboutabout calling the Denver Animal Protection Office, which responded immediately.
The Dogs’ Terrified
When they arrived, they saw how terrified the dog was after staying there for a long time. Who wouldn’t panic if they’re stuck in a place where they can’t move? Because of this, it took them a lot of time to gain his trust. But, after a few minutes and some ice cream, he was finally willing to cooperate with the team.
Ice Cream Saves a Dog
Once calm and cooperative, the rescuers gently lifted him from the cramped-up space. He then fell under the custody of Denver Animal Shelter, who eventually named him Frederick.
Frederick is his new name.
Aside from minor injuries, Frederick was relatively healthy. He’s also a playful dog who likes eating sweets.
Sadly, Frederick doesn’t have a microchip, and no one has come to claim him yet. If no one does after some time, the shelter will put him up for adoption, which will be too easy since he’s a sweet dog. Well, we look forward to more updates about this curious pup!
